In T20 cricket, this is India’s most successful run chase against the Kangaroos. The previous record for the most successful run chase was 202/4, which India accomplished in Rajkot in 2013.

Australia lost The Toss And Batted First
After losing the toss Australia batted first and scored 208 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 20 overs in Visakhapatnam. Josh Inglis played a brilliant inning, reaching his first T20 century scoring 110 runs off of 50 balls. In addition to Inglis, Steve Smith hit 52 runs, and the two of them combined for 130 runs partership in 66 balls. For India, Prasidh Krishna and Ravi Bishnoi Took one wicket each and One batsman was run out.

India’s Run Chase Dominated By SKY And Ishan Kishan’s Match Winning Innings
Ishan Kishan was trying to overcome the loss in an effort to get better. But Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 21 runs in the third over before being out. From this point on, captain Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan worked together to rack up quick runs. Sean Abbott bowled an over in which both players scored twenty runs. Team India scored 63 runs during the powerplay at a cost of two wickets.
Suryakumar Yadav’s explosive 80 and Ishan Kishan’s 58 propelled India to chase the target in the final over. However, Rinku Singh ensured victory for India with one ball remaining. Rinku returned unbeaten with 22 runs off 14 balls.
Last Four Overs Were Absolute Thriller
The last 4 overs of the Indian innings provided a thrilling contest. In these overs, the Indian team scored 38 runs to win the match, while the Australian bowlers took 4 wickets, adding excitement to the competition. In the final over, India needed 7 runs for victory, but the team got a no-ball, securing the win. However, on the last ball of the innings, Rinku Singh hit a six, but it wasn’t counted due to the no-ball. This over by Sean Abbott saw the fall of 3 wickets.
